Requests for Reimbursements**Important Information---The Department of Environment and Natural Resources has recently reorganized parts of the Division of Water Quality's Construction Grants and Loans Section and the Division of Environmental Health's Public Water Supply Section in order to create a consolidated Water and Wastewater Finance Unit that services the two sections. This unit will be located within the Construction Grants and Loans Section. Effective March 1, 2007, all reimbursement requests and loan repayments should be forwarded directly to the Division of Water Quality's Construction Grants and Loans Section.**Prior to receiving loan or grant funds, all local units of government must supply the Construction Grants and Loans office with their Federal Identification number. This form is included below.
